This programme, previously known as the UAE Programme for Government Services Excellence, was introduced by HH Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
The system assesses and measures each department’s service centre performance on the scale of 2-7-star ratings. This is an official assessment process conducted under the umbrella of The Prime Minister’s Office.

This stage covers the development of framework guides that support the programme’s adoption. The frameworks are supported by regular advisory visits of our consultants to ensure the programme is on track and all gaps covered
Cultural Awareness & Assessment Preparation Our team will roll out a fully structured awareness and preparation plan that includes awareness training, specialised programmes, customer service programmes for frontline staff and assessment preparation camps for senior management. All are tailored to support the organisation’s specific star rating objectives
